These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them are governed by and
shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction. We make no representation
that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and
accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Customers
who access this web site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk
and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent
that any local laws are applicable. Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict
or affect your statutory rights under English law.

Season tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
For home cup-ties, your seat will be automatically reserved for a period of time as advertised by the club,
after which the reservation period will be cancelled. Jimmy Sirrel home Supporters Ticket holders may need
to relocate depending on the away allocation of the fixture concerned.
Season Ticket applications are accepted on the condition that holders obey stadium rules and regulations and
only occupy the seat allocated. Any breach of these conditions may result in the ejection from the stadium
and confiscation of the season tickets without compensation. This rule also applies to away fixtures.
The club reserves the right to operate reduced price ticket promotions throughout the season without liability to Season Ticket holders.
It is a condition that the Season Ticket & Match holders do not take part in racist chanting or any other form of offensive behavior.
Disabled pricing applies to supporters who are in receipt of the higher or medium rate of disability living allowance
(either mobility or care component).
Documented evidence will be required at the time of purchase for all disabled and age concession tickets.
Season ticket holders are advised that if your season ticket is stolen or lost then a £5 charge will
incur to receive a replacement card.
Notts County Football Club accepts no responsibility for seats affected by adverse weather condition.
NCFC accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets.
Where any match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed, the club shall have no liability to a Ticket holder except that,
following any cancellation, abandonment or postponement of a home match, a ticket holder shall be entitled to
attend the rearranged match.
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the club management.
Please always keep your receipt as proof of purchase
Match tickets are posted 1st class within the UK but will only be available for delivery up until 3 days before
a game. After this point the tickets will be available for collection from the collection point window
to the left of the club shop.
Tickets purchased for supporters abroad cannot be posted and are only available for collection on the day of the game.
